Computational discovery platform using thermodynamics and statistical mechanics to model protein misfolding and identify disease-specific conformational epitopes on toxic misfolded proteins. Used to generate selective monoclonal antibodies, intrabodies, and therapeutic vaccines targeting neurodegenerative and misfolded protein diseases including Alzheimer's disease, ALS, Parkinson's disease, MSA, DLB, frontotemporal dementia, and schizophrenia.
