Platform of small molecule reactive aldehyde species (RASP) modulators that covalently bind and deplete RASP, modulating multiple inflammatory protein systems simultaneously. Disease focus includes ocular inflammatory diseases (dry eye disease, allergic conjunctivitis, age-related macular degeneration), systemic immune-mediated diseases (atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, asthma), and rare retinal diseases.
